Privacy notice
This directory is designed to process one organization code.
Effective August 30, 2026. This notice applies to the public Okairah Health directory at okairahhealth.com, not to a separate Clinical tenant.
What the directory processes
When authorized staff use the access form, the application processes the submitted organization code in order to resolve an exact allowlisted destination. The application is designed not to place the code in the URL, response body, analytics, or application logs, and does not save it to a directory database.
Technical request data
Hosting, network, security, and email providers may process ordinary technical metadata needed to deliver and protect their services, such as IP address, request time, browser information, and requested path. Okairah Health does not intentionally place submitted organization codes or clinical content into application telemetry.
Cookies and analytics
The current directory application does not add advertising trackers, session-replay tools, marketing analytics, user accounts, or a lead-capture form. Following a link to another site or using email moves the interaction to that provider and its applicable practices.
Public synthetic demonstration
The demonstration at demo.okairahclinical.com is a separate public surface intended only for supplied synthetic data. Do not use it for real patients, clinical operations, or sensitive organizational information.
