Effective August 30, 2026. By using this public directory or synthetic demonstration, you agree to the boundaries below.
Directory use
Use the organization-code route only when a participating organization has authorized you and supplied the code. A failed lookup does not confirm or deny whether any organization uses Okairah.
No clinical information
Do not submit PHI, patient identifiers, medical record numbers, recordings, transcripts, notes, credentials, or sensitive operational information to the public directory, public demonstration, or general contact email.
Synthetic demonstration
The public demonstration is for evaluation with supplied synthetic content. It is not a medical record system, clinical service, diagnostic tool, substitute for professional judgment, or representation of a production hospital deployment.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to enumerate organizations, bypass access controls, disrupt service, introduce malicious content, impersonate another person, or use the service in violation of law or another party’s rights. Good-faith security research should follow the private reporting path on our security page.
Availability and change
Public evaluation features may change, be unavailable, or be withdrawn. Product claims should be evaluated against the current build and written pilot terms rather than this demonstration alone.
